I got this set about 3 weeks ago when i got my Canon 7D. I havent used the car charger yet but use the regular wall charger very regularly and it works just fine. The battery doesn’t communicate with my camera, as in, the camera wont display how much battery is left… kind of annoying but not a big deal. i just use it as a spare pack while the other one is charging and just know that i will have more than enough juice to get me by while the primary is charging. I shoot mostly video with my 7d and this battery has been working great for me. the charger will charge my primary battery too so its pretty versatile.
