My old Powershot S-100 wasn’t working well. Turns out, the old battery was the problem. No need to waste $30+ on a new Canon battery. This one works just fine. The camera worked for days, taking 100+ pictures without needing a recharge.

I purchased this Canon camera battery because it was advertised as a “premium Japanese cell”. However, the battery itself states clearly that it is made in China. A little misleading??? I haven’t had much luck with the quality of Chinese products and try to avoid them where possible. The battery seems to work OK so hopefully it won’t die at an early age!
